WEEK 12 (6/18/01 - 6/24/01)
It's the week of the aging veteran as Ellis Burks wins week 12 easily with an 83 FPS and Clemens takes the second spot with a 69 FPS. If Burks had anyone on base in front of him this week, he could have challenged the single week record. Surprisingly, Burks hit 6 HRs but finished the week with only 7 RBIs, despite a .438 average. Luis Gonzalez is still crushing the ball and Billy Koch has settled in the closer role again after some shaky outings. The recent surge by the White Sox does not fall on deaf ears in the FPS world: four White Sox cracked the top 25 this week. On to the rankings...
